The Captury app (hereby referred to as "Application") respects your privacy. We do not collect, store, share, or sell any of your personal data. The Application is designed to function locally on your device without requiring an account or internet connection for its core features.

No Personal Data Collected: The Application does not collect any personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or location.

No Usage Tracking: We do not track how you use the Application. We do not use third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics or Firebase) to monitor user behavior.

3. Permissions and Local Processing

The Application requests specific permissions solely to provide its functionality. All data accessed via these permissions is processed locally on your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party.

• Microphone (Record Audio): Used strictly to record audio for your screen recordings. The audio data is processed in real-time on your device and saved directly to the video file. It is not sent to any server.
• Camera: Used to display the "Facecam" overlay feature. The camera feed is processed locally to display on your screen and is recorded as part of the video. No facial data is collected or analyzed.
• Storage / Photos / Media: Required to save your recorded videos and screenshots to your device storage. We only access files created by the Application or those you explicitly select for editing.
• Screen Recording (Media Projection): Required to capture your screen content. This only occurs when you actively start a recording session.

4. Advertising and Third Parties

The Application does not display third-party advertisements and does not integrate with any advertising networks.

5. Children’s Privacy

Since we do not collect any personal data, we strictly adhere to children's privacy regulations. The Application is safe for use by all ages.
